Holiday apartment rental terms

General provisions

These terms govern the rental of holiday apartments offered by Hola Casa España on Costa Blanca. Using our services implies acceptance of these terms. All reservations are confirmed by us in writing (email).

Reservation and payment

A reservation is binding after payment of a deposit (usually 30% of the total) within 48 hours of receiving confirmation. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. We accept bank transfers. Payment details will be sent in the reservation confirmation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible by arrangement and for an additional fee if availability allows. The apartment must be left tidy upon departure.

House rules

Guests must observe quiet hours (10:00 PM–8:00 AM), take care of property and equipment. Prohibited: smoking indoors, organising parties without permission, pets (unless agreed otherwise). The number of guests must not exceed that stated in the reservation.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival – full refund of deposit. Cancellation 7–14 days before – 50% refund of deposit. Cancellation 7 days or less – no refund of deposit. We recommend travel insurance for cancellation coverage.

Liability

We are not liable for any damage resulting from force majeure, breakdowns or circumstances beyond our control. The guest is responsible for damage to the apartment or its contents. A refundable security deposit is collected at check-in to cover any damage.

Complaints

Complaints must be reported immediately during the stay – by phone or email. We do not accept complaints after check-out. Any issues with the apartment condition must be reported within 2 hours of check-in.
